Please note

1. Eligible date of birth: between 01/07/2021 to 31/12/2022.
2. Form should be filled according to the Original Birth Certificate. Original Birth Certificate in English should be brought at the time of document Verification.
3. Filling the form does not warrant Admission.
4. Usage of more than 1 mobile number may disqualify the candidature.
5. Parents shall keep all the documents ready at the time of verification process, failing which the candidate may be denied Admission.
6. In case if the ward belongs to caste then please produce the Caste Certificate of the ward/father at the time of document Verification.
7. Print out of acknowledgement is compulsory at the time of Verification.
8. Original Birth Certificate once submitted to the school shall not be returned for any reason and no changes shall be done.
9. Having a sibling in the school is no guarantee for Admission.
10. Third ward shall not be considered for Admission.
11. School fee for Nursery ₹50,000/- per annum. Fees once paid, shall not be refundable.
12. The School Management shall remain the final decision-making authority in the overall selection process.
13. In case at any point of time, if the information produced by parent is found to be false, the School shall have right to cancel your Admission.
14. While filling the form, please sit with all the details required. Do not refresh or go back to the previous page.
15. During the verification of documents and other procedures, only parents will be entertained for the admission process.

Requirements

Please be ready with the following, before proceeding to next step

• Scanned JPG files of
  1. Your Child's Photograph
  2. Child's Original Birth Certificate in English
  3. Attested Xerox copy of caste certificate (if any)
  4. Proof of Residence : Latest electricity bill / Latest telephone bill / Passport / AADHAAR (Any one)
• AADHAAR numbers of both the parents
